The background in a frame acts as a visual anchor, harmonizing with the artwork, accentuating its features, adding depth, and enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal of the frame. Blacks and Whites are going to look great under any card and in any frame, if your going to use the frame to rotate multiple cards these will always look good no matter the card.

Any Reds ties in with the PSA logo and makes a good background choice.
